Our Recruitment Criteria

1.  Yurt içi üniversitelerden lisans mezunu adaylar aşağıdaki tabloda yer alan koşulları sağlamaları halinde değerlendirmeye alınır.

2. Additional points can be awarded to candidates if they meet the following additional points criteria.

3. If the experience of candidates with a work experience of 10 years or more is related to the job description, the criteria for GPA, foreign language and OSYM ranking are not sought. (However, in the case of a bachelor's degree from foreign universities, the requirement to have an OSYM equivalence certificate is sought.)
4. the conditions specified in article 1 and 2.october additional points applications specified in the article will be valid for candidates with a minimum GPA of 2.50/4.00 graduating from domestic universities. Candidates with a graduation GPA lower than 2.50/4.00 are not october for evaluation even if they meet additional conditions. If the experience of candidates with a work experience of 10 years or more is related to the job description, the minimum GPA criterion will not be sought.
5. For candidates who have graduated from foreign universities (Bachelor's, Master's and/or Doctoral), Y DEC Equivalence and/or Interuniversity Board Documents are required for their graduation.
6. 6. Candidates who do not have OSYM University entrance rankings (vertical transfer, bachelor's degree completion, etc.) the requirement is that the undergraduate graduation grade and the october score total be at least 3.40/4.00.
7. Bachelor's degree graduation; Candidates who are in the faculty of distance education and open education are not evaluated for Administrative and Engineering courses.
8. For candidates who have graduated from universities where the undergraduate GPA is not calculated above 4.00, the approved equivalence table of the university they graduated from is used. If this document cannot be provided by the candidate, the grade point averages will be converted to the JUL 4 system through the “Table of Equivalents of Grades in the YOK 4 System in the 100 System" and the eligibility criteria will be determined accordingly.

9. A foreign language criterion is not required for candidates who have a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree from universities whose language of instruction meets the requirements of the 100% job description. Other candidates will be considered if they meet any of the foreign language criteria set out below.

10. The validity period of foreign language exams is 5 (five) years.

11. Candidates with bachelor's degrees from foreign universities (domestic university criteria will be used for candidates who have settled with OSYM) will be evaluated if they meet all of the following conditions:
    Among the top 500 universities in any of the Quaquarelli Symonds (QS), Round University Ranking (RUR) and Times Higher Education (THE) world university general rankings, the graduated university is ranked among dec top 500 universities,
    Finding the YÖK equivalence of the graduated university,;At least 75% (3.00 / 4.00) of the october of the undergraduate graduation grade and the additional score specified in Article 2 coincide with the success rate.

Doctoral Candidates

12. Candidates with a doctoral degree that meets the requirements of the job description are not expected to meet the undergraduate graduation requirements specified in articles 1-2-3-4-5. 9 Of the candidates with doctoral degrees.it must meet the foreign language criterion specified in the article.

Technical Staff / Secretary / Office Staff / Teacher (Except Technical Teaching Departments) / Cook Candidates who are successful in the exam applications required by the guidelines for job descriptions are evaluated.
